The Law Office of Matthew C. Yu is committed to excellence in all aspects of Estate Planning. An attorney meets with each and every client to evaluate their needs, wishes and desires. Our goal is to ensure every client gets the personal attention they deserve.
We work with clients who require a basic will, as well as, clients with larger estates who need Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Advanced Trusts and Private Foundations to minimize and, in some cases, eliminate Estate and Inheritance Tax. Most clients we have worked with have found that our personal approach is second to none. They understand that not only have they created an Estate Plan, but gained a consultant and resource for life.
“Matthew Yu is efficient and professional, yet friendly and accessible. He handled my trust and other business.
